Handmade Cotton Rope Bracelet $15

I grew up knowing these as Surfer's Bracelets or Sailor's Bracelets. Traditionally put on the last day of school, worn all summer long and then finally, cut-off the night before school started, these Turk's Head knot rope bracelets have been dyed black and will fade slowly over the course of the Summer.

The two-strand bracelets are tied from 100% cotton twine and will to shrink to fit your wrist once they get wet, available in four sizes (Small, Medium, Large, and XL). All bracelets are 3/4" wide.

The Turks Head knot is used primarily for decoration, occasionally you'll see Turk's Head used to mark the "king spoke" of a ship's wheel; indicating the rudder is in a central position when that spoke is upright.
